Return Policy


Return shipping without an email notification will not be refunded. Packages will be refused and reshipped back to the shipping address provided. 

  • If you need to return or exchange an item please email us first at

  • A representative will supply a return label and guide you through the return process. 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your items!

Late Returns: 

  • All returns should be new, unworn, with tags still attached.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the 14-day policy. After 7 days items are ineligible for refund.  
  • Any return that is postmarked more than 14 days from original delivery date will be automatically reshipped to the customer.

Return References: 

Please consider our garments while admiring them at home as we cannot accept returns that have makeup stains or fragrances.  

Item's must be in original condition unworn, unwashed, and returned to original packaging.

Our customer service team monitors returns to identify abuse or misuse of our return policy.

Returns can only be refunded to the original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-2 business days after we receive your return.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We withhold the right to refuse service and, items that do not meet our terms will be returned to the customer. 

Final Sales: 

Any merchandise marked down (on sale) cannot be returned.

Store Credit:

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.us-frnch.fr
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
